    Routes that follow your delegation of authority

    Write your approval matrix once: who approves vendor contracts above a threshold, which leases need the Admin head, when the CFO must sign off. Azenye builds the route for each contract from those rules.

    Deviation-aware routing

    If a reviewer accepts a change to liability, indemnity or payment terms, the rules can add an extra approver automatically. Standard contracts stay fast. Non-standard ones get the scrutiny they need.

Q1Can approvals happen outside Azenye?

Yes. Approvers can approve or reject from the email notification, Slack or Teams. The decision is recorded in Azenye either way.

Q2What if an approver is on leave?

They can set a delegate for a date range. Admins can also reassign pending approvals, and every reassignment is logged.

Q3Do approvers need a paid seat?

Approvers are internal users, so they count as users on your plan. Signers outside your company are always free.
