  1. 6.1

    Notice dates, worked out for you

    A three-year term that auto-renews unless notice is given ninety days before expiry has one date that matters. Azenye calculates it from the clause and puts it on the calendar, along with the expiry and renewal dates.

  2. 6.2

    Reminders that reach the owner

    Alerts go to the business owner of the contract, not only to Legal. They arrive well before the notice date, with the renewal terms, the current spend and a link to the contract.

    Ninety days is enough time to renegotiate.

    A renewal calendar for the whole company

    See every renewal, expiry and notice date by month, department or vendor. Procurement can plan negotiations; Finance can plan budgets.

    Leases, lock-ins and escalations

    Track lock-in periods, rent escalation dates and renewal options in leases and leave and licence agreements, alongside software and service contracts.

    Decisions on record

    When the owner decides to renew, renegotiate or terminate, the decision is logged. Termination notices can be drafted from your template and sent for signature.
